The Treillage scarf takes inspiration from decorative latticework which evolved from simple vine supports into elaborate wooden screens, arbors, and garden structures, famously championed by King Louis XIV and his landscape architect André Le Nôtre at Versailles. Interior designer Elsie de Wolfe incorporated treillage in her spaces linking it to formal French garden design and opulent interiors.
SAVED New York’s felted scarves are crafted from ultra-soft, hand-combed felted Mongolian cashmere and thoughtfully designed in collaboration with artists and creatives. Each piece is exquisitely hand-spun and hand-woven with a luxurious suppleness and texture.
